Shipping Policy All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location:
- United States: 5–12 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–25 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. BLVCK CODEX is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen events.
Order Changes & Cancellations We can only accept cancellations or changes within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, orders are sent to production and cannot be altered.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges We want you to love your BLVCK CODEX pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return unworn, undamaged items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags attached.
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items (including all-over-print designs) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
